Why We Began

Reuniting Pathways was created because we believed something better was possible. Systems were failing families and young people, often leaving them unseen and unsupported. We wanted to offer a different way, one grounded in trust, dignity, and relationship. From the beginning, our goal has been to listen more carefully, act more thoughtfully, and make meaningful changes in real life.

How We Hope to Make a Difference

Our focus is restorative practice, not as a trend or tactic but as a way of being. We believe healing happens through connection and accountability. The recent updates to our bylaws and articles of incorporation reflect this belief in principle and structure. They guide our decisions, respond to harm, and stay rooted in our values.

What You’re Joining

As a board member, you are joining a group that values clarity, follow-through, and shared responsibility. We are not looking for perfection or performance. We seek people who care, ask honest questions, and are willing to learn and lead alongside others.

Soon, you will receive a welcome packet with the updated bylaws, a calendar of board meetings and events, and introductions to staff and fellow board members. We hope you will feel informed, supported, and invited to participate in the work.
