Things I Need to Do
Getting Oriented, the Reuniting Pathways Way
Now that you've arrived at the circle, here's what’s next.
We keep things relational and responsible around here—because clarity builds trust, and trust is the foundation of all the restorative work we do. So, to step fully into your role as a board member, there are a few key things to check off. Consider this your gentle guide:
1. Read the Board Handbook
This is more than a packet—it’s our playbook, shared agreements, and a reflection of how we show up for this mission together. It outlines your role, our collective responsibilities, and how we align things with our values.
After reading, please sign the acknowledgment form. It confirms you've had a chance to review and are ready to move forward with intention.
2. Review & Sign the Conflict of Interest Form
This is about integrity. We want every decision made here to reflect fairness, transparency, and the best interest of the youth and families we serve. By signing this form, you’re helping to protect the trust we've built with our community.
This part of the journey is about building your foundation. It may seem like paperwork, but it's also part of how we practice accountability with heart. If you have questions or wonderings or just want to process out loud, reach out. We’re in this together.
Thanks for taking the time to do this with care. Let’s keep walking.
