Application for Pro Bono Special Education Advocacy Services

Reuniting Pathways is committed to providing high-quality special education advocacy to families facing financial hardship. Pro bono services are offered on a limited basis to ensure that students with disabilities receive appropriate educational support, regardless of economic status.

Submission of this application is required for consideration. Approval is subject to availability and organizational guidelines.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  1. Pro bono services are granted at the discretion of Reuniting Pathways and subject to resource availability.

  2. Pro bono services are limited to a maximum of 5 hours unless otherwise authorized—this includes in-person preparation for IEP / 504 meetings, documentation review, and additional back-end support.

  3. The applicant agrees to provide all necessary documentation to communicate quickly.

  4. Misrepresentation of information may result in immediate termination of services.

  5. Approval does not guarantee specific outcomes in educational proceedings.

  6. Submitting this application does not guarantee pro bono services.

Confidentiality & Use of Information

Reuniting Pathways is committed to protecting your privacy. Your financial and personal information on this application is collected SOLELY to determine eligibility for pro bono advocacy services.

All information submitted will be:

  • Kept strictly confidential under our Privacy Policy.

  • Stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel processing pro bono requests.

  • Used exclusively for evaluating financial eligibility—never for any other purpose.

Your decision to apply for pro bono services and any information provided will not impact your access to standard services or the quality of advocacy you receive from Reuniting Pathways.

We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties without your explicit written consent.
